Leaving behind a successful career of nine years in the stock brokerage business, Sarah was recruited into the mortgage industry. Recognizing her strength in communication and straight-forward approach, DHI Mortgage made a home for Sarah where she spent five years as a top producer. It was here that Sarah became familiar with the ins-and-outs of the industry. As her knowledge surrounding various loan programs grew, she found herself helping clients with unique home financing situations to help them achieve their home financing goals.
After 5 years with DHI Mortgage, 8 years with New Mexico Mortgage Advisors, and experience in both retail and wholesale channels, Sarah decided to branch out on her own. Her upstanding reputation as a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable mortgage expert helped Sarah to achieve a business model based 100% on referrals – from past clients and real estate partners.
